What the estimate includes.
Applicable cross-border fees, taxes, fuel surcharges and airport fees are included. Exact addresses, date, vehicle, stops and availability determine your trip-specific estimate. Confirm gratuity, child-seat charges and any changes outside the agreed itinerary with dispatch.
The request is free. Final fare confirmation usually takes 1–2 hours and can take up to 24 hours. An online estimate is not a confirmed reservation. For near-term travel, call to check availability; otherwise we recommend requesting at least 24 hours ahead.

We track arriving flights. Keep dispatch informed about delayed baggage or arrival formalities and confirm additional waiting charges beyond these allowances.
Changes, cancellations & flight disruption.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for free cancellation and a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
If your flight is cancelled, we offer free rescheduling. Contact dispatch with the replacement flight details to arrange your new pickup; a changed flight should not be left as an unreported no-show.
Normal crossing included. Traveller holds are different.
The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2.00 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue or the airport pickup allowance.
Prepare the correct documents for each passenger and clarify any travel-status questions with the relevant authorities before departure. A transport reservation cannot guarantee entry or release time.

Does requesting a quote confirm a booking?
No. The request is free and does not require payment. Online rates are estimates; dispatch confirms availability and the final trip details. Final fare confirmation usually takes 1–2 hours and can take up to 24 hours.
How far ahead should I request a ride?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead. Last-minute requests are welcome when a vehicle is available. Call dispatch for near-term travel, and allow additional planning time for longer routes, multiple stops or particular vehicle requirements.
What do I need for the border?
Requirements depend on each passenger’s citizenship, status, age and direction of travel. Check official government guidance before departure. Each traveller is responsible for the required documents, and border authorities decide admission and inspection time.
