Your USD estimate includes applicable cross-border fees, taxes, fuel surcharges and airport fees. Confirm gratuity, child-seat charges and any changes outside the agreed itinerary with dispatch. Final fare confirmation usually takes 1–2 hours and can take up to 24 hours.
Which vehicle fits my party and luggage?
A sedan accommodates up to 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. We recommend 3 passengers for a more comfortable ride; four adults may feel snug.
An SUV accommodates 6 passengers with captain’s seats or 7 with a bench-seat configuration, with room for up to 6 large suitcases or 8 standard carry-ons. Mixed loads need dispatch review.
A Sprinter accommodates up to 14 passengers (13 rear seats and 1 front passenger seat), with 14 large suitcases plus 14 carry-ons in the confirmed configuration.
Suitcase dimensions, child seats and oversized items affect fit. Include the complete luggage list; dispatch confirms the suitable vehicle and model.
Why isn’t there one flat rate for every route?
Pickup and drop-off points, time, service type, vehicle fit and requested stops can change the trip. Quoting the complete ride keeps the estimate relevant to your request.
Is payment required to request pricing?
No. The trip request is free, and this form does not collect payment.
How far ahead should I request a ride?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability. Call dispatch for same-day travel or a time-sensitive itinerary.
Can I request an unusual or multi-stop route?
Yes. Add up to four stops in the form. For complex or time-sensitive planning, call dispatch at +1 (800) 528-7582.
How much pickup waiting time is included?
Address pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Airport pickups include 30 minutes from landing for a domestic arrival or 60 minutes from landing for an international arrival. We track arriving flights. Contact dispatch about delayed baggage or arrival formalities and confirm charges beyond these allowances.
What is the cancellation or cancelled-flight policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for free cancellation and a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If your flight is cancelled, we offer free rescheduling; contact dispatch with the replacement flight details to arrange the new pickup.
Are border delays included in the estimate?
The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue. Each passenger remains responsible for the entry documents and eligibility applicable to their journey.
