- Additional charges may apply for delays, extra stops, or waiting time
5. Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellation policies depend on service type and notice provided. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part.
6. Border crossing
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents. We are not responsible for denied entry, delays caused by authorities, or customs inspections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metro Elite Transfer Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, meetings, or appointments.

Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions. Unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of service without refund.
