View all cross-border FAQsDoes an online estimate confirm my booking?
No. Review vehicles and estimated rates after entering your trip. Dispatch confirms availability and final trip details before the reservation is confirmed. Requesting a quote is free and does not require payment.
How far ahead should I request a ride?
We recommend requesting at least 24 hours ahead. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability. For a same-day trip or a tight airport connection, call dispatch so the team can check your options.
How much pickup waiting time is included?
Address pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Airport pickups include 30 minutes from landing for a domestic arrival or 60 minutes from landing for an international arrival. We track arriving flights. Contact dispatch about delayed baggage or arrival formalities and confirm charges beyond these allowances.
What is the cancellation or cancelled-flight policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for free cancellation and a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If your flight is cancelled, we offer free rescheduling; contact dispatch with the replacement flight details to arrange the new pickup.
Are border delays included in the estimate?
The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue. Each passenger remains responsible for the entry documents and eligibility applicable to their journey.
Do you track flights, and where will I meet my chauffeur?
Yes. Share your airline and flight number so dispatch can coordinate pickup around arrival updates. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a sign displaying your name, or at another meeting point agreed in your trip communications. Follow the airport and meeting instructions confirmed for your reservation. Keep your phone reachable and let dispatch know about a changed flight, delayed baggage or arrival formalities before heading to a different location.
How do I choose a vehicle for my passengers and luggage?
Use the passenger and luggage guide above to compare the confirmed packing options. Tell us your complete load, including carry-ons, child seats and oversized items; dispatch confirms vehicle fit before booking.
What documents do passengers need for the border?
Each passenger is responsible for carrying the travel documents required for their citizenship, residency and destination, and for meeting all entry requirements. Review current government guidance before travelling.
Can I request child seats or an additional stop?
Yes. Add each requested stop and tell us the type and number of child seats when requesting your quote. Dispatch will confirm availability and make sure the vehicle suits your passengers and luggage.
